Students from engineering, commerce, management and science with basic spreadsheet familiarity.
Your one-month learning plan
Each week has five teaching days: 10 guided hours and 5 hours of independent practice. The last week includes project review and the final demonstration.
Week 1 · Days 1–5
A cleaned dataset and short data-quality log.
Week 2 · Days 6–10
An annotated SQL file answering five analysis questions.
Week 3 · Days 11–15
A two-page interactive Power BI report.
Week 4 · Days 16–20
A validated report file, SQL queries and a concise insight brief.
Your final project
Analyse synthetic workshop and registration data by department, topic and attendance. Deliver a local Power BI report with three supported findings and a data dictionary. Cloud publishing is optional and depends on the college licence.
Data-quality log, independently checked SQL queries, report accuracy and an individual explanation of the final insights.
Students should explain their own decisions, show their work and document limitations. Any certificate conditions are agreed with the college before the batch begins.
