How fast can we be live on both stores?
A focused v1 — auth, core flows, payments, both stores — typically takes 10–14 weeks: two weeks of discovery, 8–10 weeks of weekly builds, then 1–2 weeks for store review and launch. Complex marketplaces or heavy offline requirements run longer, and we'll tell you that in week one, not week nine.
Whose name goes on the repository and the store accounts?
Yours, from day one. The repository transfers to your GitHub organization, both store accounts are registered in your name, and the contract says so in plain language. We keep nothing you'd need to ransom back — if you leave tomorrow, any Flutter team you hire can pick up the codebase cold.
What determines what an app costs?
Scope, mostly — screens, integrations, testing, and launch each show up as line items in the estimate you get after the discovery sprint. Well-defined scopes run fixed price; evolving products run on a monthly retainer. Indian startups and global clients pay the same rates; we compete on engineering quality, not geography arbitrage.
Who handles OS updates and crashes after launch?
We do, if you want us to. Every launch includes 30 days of free bug fixes; after that, most clients take a maintenance retainer covering OS updates, dependency upgrades, crash triage, and small features. Or take the codebase in-house — we'll document everything and run handover calls with your team either way.
