Do you work fixed-price or time-and-materials?
Both, depending on the shape of the problem. Well-defined scope gets a fixed price after a paid discovery sprint. Evolving products run on monthly sprints billed time-and-materials, with a cap you approve upfront. Either way you see a written estimate before we start, and we flag scope changes before they cost you money.
How long does a typical build take?
An MVP or internal tool usually ships in 8–12 weeks. Larger platforms run 4–6 months, released in usable stages so you're getting value from week eight, not month six. We give you a dated milestone plan after discovery — and our record on hitting those dates is why our retention sits at 99%.
Who owns the code when we're done?
You do. Fully. Every contract transfers complete IP on final payment — source code, designs, documentation, infrastructure credentials. We build in your repositories and your cloud accounts from day one, so there's nothing to "hand over" at the end. If you left us tomorrow, any competent team could pick up where we stopped.
What happens after launch?
Every build includes 30 days of free bug fixes. After that, most clients take a monthly maintenance retainer covering fixes, security patches, and small enhancements — same engineers, agreed response times. No retainer? Fine. We hand over the runbook and stay a phone call away at standard rates.
