What does a typical engagement look like?
We start with a one-week paid audit of your current setup — accounts, pipelines, costs, risks. Then a fixed-scope build, usually 4–10 weeks depending on size. After handover, most clients keep us on a light monthly retainer for upgrades and on-call support. You can stop at any stage.
Will we be locked into your tooling or accounts?
No. Every Terraform module, pipeline, and dashboard lives in your cloud accounts and your Git repos from day one, built on standard open-source tooling — nothing proprietary, no licenses tied to us. If we vanished tomorrow, your own team could carry it forward without missing a release.
Our infrastructure is a mess of manually created resources. Can you still help?
That describes most of our clients on day one. We import existing resources into Terraform incrementally — no big-bang rewrite, no downtime. Production keeps running while we bring it under code, service by service. The messier the starting point, the bigger the difference you'll feel.
How do you price Cloud & DevOps work?
Fixed price for the audit and the build — you know the number before we start. Retainers are a flat monthly fee scoped to hours and response times. We don't bill hourly, and we'll tell you upfront if the cloud savings will outweigh our fee. They usually do.
