Your API is a product. We design and build REST and GraphQL APIs that other developers actually enjoy consuming — for Indian and global startups shipping their first public API, and for SMEs untangling years of ad-hoc endpoints. Whether you need a greenfield API, a v2 that doesn't break v1, or Stripe, Razorpay, and Salesforce wired into your stack, we handle the contract, the code, and the docs.
Design-first, always. We write the OpenAPI or GraphQL schema before a single line of implementation, review it with your team, and treat it as the contract. Versioning strategy, auth, rate limiting, and error semantics get decided upfront — not patched in after launch. Every integration ships with retry logic, idempotency, and monitoring, because third-party systems fail and yours shouldn't fail with them.
Handover includes a versioned, documented API your team can extend without us, live integrations with automated tests around them, and interactive docs that cut partner onboarding from weeks to hours. Since 2018 we've shipped 150+ projects this way, and 99% of clients come back. The code is yours. The knowledge transfer is part of the job, not an add-on.
Deliverables that ship.
API Architecture & Contract Design
Resource modeling, endpoint design, and a reviewed OpenAPI 3.1 or GraphQL schema that becomes the single source of truth before implementation starts.
REST & GraphQL Build-Out
Production endpoints with pagination, filtering, field selection, and consistent error payloads — built on Node.js or FastAPI, load-tested before launch.
Versioning & Migration Strategy
URI or header-based versioning, deprecation schedules, and migration guides so you ship v2 without breaking a single existing consumer.
Authentication & Rate Limiting
OAuth 2.0, JWT, and API-key flows with per-client rate limits, scopes, and audit logging configured at the gateway level.
Third-Party Integrations
Payment, CRM, logistics, and messaging systems — Stripe, Razorpay, Salesforce, Twilio — wired in with webhooks, retries, and idempotent handlers.
Interactive Documentation & SDKs
Swagger UI or GraphQL playground, runnable code samples, Postman collections, and generated client SDKs that get partners integrating in hours.
Technologies we reach for
Asked before, answered straight
Do you take on single integrations, or only full API builds?
Both. Fixed-scope engagements cover a defined API or set of integrations — designed, built, documented, and handed over. Teams whose API keeps evolving run on a monthly block of retainer hours instead. Either shape starts with a short paid discovery sprint that produces the API contract and a firm estimate.
What timelines should we plan for?
A single third-party integration: 1–2 weeks. A full REST or GraphQL API with auth, docs, and CI: 4–8 weeks depending on resource count. We give a dated milestone plan after discovery and flag slippage the week it appears, not at the deadline.
Where does the work live while it's in progress?
In your repositories, cloud accounts, and API dashboards under your billing — from day one, not at handover. When we finish, you get the codebase, infrastructure config, schema files, and a recorded walkthrough. If we disappeared tomorrow, your team could run everything without calling us.
What happens when a third-party provider changes their API?
It happens — providers deprecate versions and break webhooks. Every project includes 30 days of post-launch support free. After that, most clients take a light maintenance retainer that covers provider upgrades, monitoring, and patches. No retainer? We quote fixes at our standard hourly rate, usually turned around within days.
